The Lantern Trust is a unique, established, community based, locally accessed support service providing peer-led practical and emotional support for people affected by homelessness, physical and mental ill-health and social isolation. We offer frontline practical assistance, housing and welfare benefit advice, support with forms, financial assistance, specialist guidance relating to sickness and disability, comprising:

- Advocacy

- Crisis response

- Support into housing and accommodation

- Pre and post tenancy support

- Coordination of referrals into local services via interagency communication and joint working

- Assisted Rent Deposit Scheme

- Programmes and courses

- Budgeting and financial assistance

- Physical and mental health referrals

- Peer mentoring

- Direct access to our own GP service

- CAB benefits / debt advisor

- Access to a DV support worker
