We work to support colleagues to ensure all children and young people are empowered, feel respected and valued by ensuring the development and recognition of a vibrant, strong and diverse voluntary sector.
DYA is working positively to enable a thriving children and young people’s voluntary sector that is strong, safe and sustainable through enhancing cooperation and healthier, maturing partnership. We provide help to staff and volunteers for them to feel supported, with increased skills and confidence in their roles, including targeted training in areas such as safeguarding, youth work and mental health first aid.
