The Burrough Harmony Centre provides Harmony Drop-in which is a peer-led mental health support for people in Bridport and the surrounding area of West Dorset. We support adults living with mental health challenges and carers on their recovery journey by providing a safe supportive space with a blend of compassion, understanding and expertise. 

We also deliver the Bridport Community Front Room as part of the Access Mental Health pathway. We offer a welcoming, non-judgemental and safe space for you to come and be, to talk and to be listened to if you feel you are reaching a crisis point with your mental health. 

No referral is required for either service.
